The rooms are airy and compact, and are complete with TV and good sized bed.

Everything was very good, so were incredible views of the mountain behind. The location was quiet and perfect: the main shopping centre and all the main shops were within walking distance. Had lunch/dinner at Canavan's Restaurant, which I found at a walking distance from the hotel.

Very central location just next door to the shops and restaurants, the Franz Josef Glacier, and local attractions, it was in a beautiful area. Moreover, it was 2 km from West Coast Wildlife Centre.

Lovely place with amazingly nice employees with incredible friendly and helpful receptionist. All in all marvellous and stunning location, not far from walking/hiking trails, tourist areas and restaurants/pubs and center. Exceptionally comfortable beds and impeccably clean and practical room. The scenic view of inner courtyard.

In front of a bus station, the location was magnificent and unbeatable, to village centre. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast experience, the hotel served yummy food.

The room was spotless and practical here with comfortable beds, the spa bath plus excellent amenities. The location in a very interesting area was marvellous and easy and there where a supermarket and a convenience shop nearby.

Perfectly comfortable location to St James Church. A few minutes walk to the main shopping centre and all the main shops, off the main road.

The setting is marvellous, near to Franz Josef's restaurants / bars / attractions, shops and hot pools and Close to bars, beautiful area. The food is spicy and yummy.

Great and decent location right by storage space for clothes, the West Coast Wildlife Centre and the South Island, restaurants and eateries were close to the hotel. Besides, Canavans Knob was 2 km away from the property.

Nice and clean room with all the necessary amenities. The kitchenette was very handy for preparing meals. The motel was located in a quiet area, away from the noise of the main road or town center.- Conveniently located near the town center, with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The placement of the flatscreen TV was quite inconvenient, as it was not visible from the dining table or kitchen area. It was positioned right beside a big cupboard near the front door.

The hotel was absolutely great, it had super-friendly staff with an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff member. The location was marvellous and decent - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants and eateries were located close to the venue. Everything was simply modern.

It was designed for travellers in mind. (induction cooker - save time, Heater light in the bathroom, well insulated room - warm, free DVD titles for loan). Highly recommended

The pictures and name didnt do justice to the hotel. It should be changed to reflect the 5 star motel status.

We like to be close to Franz Josef glacier and this motel is at the perfect location. Right before arriving the motel, we picked up raw salmon sushi for dinner at a salmon farm along the highway. The hotel will book any glacier trips for you but we just chose to visit it ourselves since it is so close by. We heard tremendous bird songs in the morning outside the room next to the thick bushy wilderness.

Perfectly clean and practical room with exceptionally comfortable bed and electric blankets. What a very pleasant and accommodating staff! Great and beautiful location, not too far from West Coast Wildlife Centre.
